Of 88 polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive patients, 55 (62.5%) had IgG-positive antibodies, 79 reverse transcriptase (RT)-PCR-negative 12 (16.9%) antibodies. Out 23 anosmia cases, 19 (82.6%) positive There was a significant relationship between antibody (P = 0.001), but there no correlation titers gender other symptoms. Immortally, 63 (94%) cases demonstrated high infection. Moreover, 6.5% (N 11) population re-infected COVID-19 six Conclusions: Overall, detection may be an appropriate method identify suspected negative RT-PCR test.
